Delivery is to the address provided at checkout. Lead times are estimates only. Risk passes to you on delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery or special requests.
13. Returns and Refunds
Due to our made-to-order model, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only available if the product is faulty or not as described and claims are made within 7 days of receipt.
