Return Policy

 

All Stools and the Frisco coffee table may be returned within seven days of purchase for full refund less delivery expenses and 10% handling fee. After seven days, items may be returned to TH Brown for credit. Shipping costs for these returns is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

We must receive the merchandise in the original shipping packaging. We recommend insuring the merchandise for the full retail price and using a trusted carrier. Please contact us if you need a recommendation. Any damage incurred during the return transit is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Once the returned item has been received, we will initiate the refund within 7 days. Our credit card processors may take up to 10 days to finalize the refund.

The Trend Module Lounge and footstool range ( interior and exterior) is made to order and cannot be cancelled, please choose wisely , check the specification and if you would like to see fabric please contact one of our Stockist or email info@thbrown.com.au to request upholstery samples

Coffee Tables - Aquarius Coffee table, Venus Coffee table and Rondo Pouffe Set and Rondo Coffee table can not be returned due to glass being manufactured by locals business. so please choose carefully 

 

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Workspace Commercial Furniture P/L manufactures TH Brown products under license, and operates a Quality Management System which is independently certified by TQCS International for conformance to AS/NZS ISO9001: 2008.

The company was among the first furniture manufacturers in Australia to be certified, in October 1991.

Workspace is a member of Furntech / AFRDI (Australian Furnishing Research and Development Institute) whose Blue & Green Tick product certification scheme is the recognised standard throughout the Australian furniture industry.

Many of the company’s products are certified by AFRDI for compliance with relevant Australian and international Standards – copies of current certificates are available from Workspace , or from the Furntech website.

WARRANTIES

The Workspace standard product guarantee warrants its products to be free from faults in workmanship and materials for a period of 10 years from the date of manufacture.

This is specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, a copy of which will be provided on request.
