TH Brown USA Launch Giveaway — Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States of America aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of TH Brown, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by TH Brown (Retail Channel Builders Pty Ltd), an Australian-owned company.

3. Promotion Period
Entries open at 12:00 a.m. (ACST) on Friday, October 10, 2025, and close at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on Thursday, October 30, 2025.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

• Complete the entry form on the official TH Brown competition page;

• Provide a valid email address;

• Answer the lifestyle question; and

• Optional: follow TH Brown on Instagram, Facebook, and/or Pinterest for one extra entry per platform.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 USD TH Brown Gift Voucher, redeemable on the TH Brown USA website.
If the winner has already purchased from TH Brown, the voucher may be applied as a credit toward their existing order or future purchase.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw at 5:00 p.m. (ACST) on Thursday, October 30, 2025.
The winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within three (3) days, TH Brown will attempt contact by phone.
If no response is received within five (5) days of the original notification, a new winner will be selected at random.

7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.

8. General Conditions
TH Brown reserves the right to verify eligibility and to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if technical or other issues compromise its integrity.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of TH Brown, which are final and binding.

9. Publicity and Privacy
By entering, participants consent to TH Brown using their name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
Personal information collected will be used in accordance with TH Brown’s Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and applicable laws of the United States.
