Win a $1,000 TH Brown Gift Voucher – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter is TH Brown Pty Ltd (ABN [insert ABN]), located in [insert full address].

2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of TH Brown and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period: The competition opens at 9:00am (ACST) on Monday, 5 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (ACST) on Wednesday, 21 May 2025.

4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
   a) Follow @thbrownfurniture on Instagram
   b) Subscribe to the TH Brown Family newsletter via www.thbrown.com.au

   Both actions must be completed during the promotion period to constitute a valid entry.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 TH Brown digital gift voucher, valid for 12 months from the date of issue and redeemable for purchases at www.thbrown.com.au. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random on Thursday, 22 May 2025, and contacted via the email address provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Announcement: The winner will be announced publicly via TH Brown’s Instagram stories and notified via email by Thursday, 23 May 2025.

8. Privacy: Entry details will be used solely by TH Brown for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General: TH Brown reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
