Summer is a time to reset. From coastal escapes to cultural adventures, the TH Brown team took time out to recharge and reconnect with what inspires great design.

“Time with family on the South Coast of NSW. Christmas with my family, card games, long beach walks, and swimming in the ocean. Being near the water always brings me back to myself. It’s my happy place.”
Jackson
“I didn’t really take a break. I kept working with my personal training clients right through the holidays, and honestly, I loved it. That said, I still made time for the good stuff. I had a beautiful Christmas dinner with my mum at Soda, a great new restaurant in Glenelg, South Australia, spent time with my nieces, and watched some incredible sunsets at the beach with my girlfriend.”

“Backpacking from the North to the South of Vietnam. I discovered so many hidden gems, met extraordinary people, and tried the most amazing food. Their coconut coffee is unreal!”
Holiday Design Inspiration: From Vietnam to the NSW Coast

“The mix of old beach houses and thoughtful new architecture along the NSW South Coast really stayed with me. Calm, grounded spaces designed to live in, not to impress. That kind of design always inspires me.”
Jackson
“I was really drawn to street art over the break. There’s a spot near the Lion Arts Factory in the city which stood out. I’ve always loved how street art transforms everyday spaces and is so bold and expressive.”
Bridie
“I was surrounded by vibrant colours and patterns, especially in Hoi An where everything is lit with gorgeous lanterns. I love how lively and unique spaces become when a pop of colour is added.”
Looking Ahead: What’s Next for TH Brown in 2026
We’re entering 2026 with momentum. With new Australian-made furniture on the way and an international launch in the works, it’s a landmark year for us personally and our brand.
Toni
“There are some exciting things happening at TH Brown that I can’t wait to share. Personally, I’ve got my first swimming holiday to Fiji mid-year, so it’s back in the pool, fingers crossed my muscles remember! My word for 2026 is Flow, and I’m planning for a year that feels easy, positive, and full of good energy.”
Jackson
“I’m excited to keep building my PT business and to grow TH Brown. I’m especially proud that we’re celebrating 115 years this year. It’s a big milestone. It’s my first year out of study and in the industry full time, so I’m really embracing the freedom and opportunity that brings. I also bought my first car, so that’s a major moment for me too.”
Bridie
“There are some fantastic new products which are in the pipeline that are really stunning and I can't wait to see how they turn out. I'm looking forward to another year of travel and exploring new places, as well as working at TH Brown full-time.”
