The Trend Lounge was designed by Peter Brown in 1970 to meet the emerging move towards modular furniture, using the latest foam and fabrics for comfort and durability.

With its visually captivating angular shape, chromed frame, light visual footprint and supreme comfort, it remains a contemporary masterpiece - flexible enough to suit most contemporary design styles.

We are now bringing this iconic  lounge into the 21st century - for use as a lounge or exterior seating solution, featuring a wide range of fabulous interior and exterior fabric choices.

Add the footstool to your Trend single module seat for the perfect statement piece,  add multiple modules side by side for a multi-seater, and add the footstool for a greater level of comfort. 

The Trend Suite and footstool is manufactured in Adelaide, and hand-finished to the exacting standards long expected from TH Brown - Australia’s oldest furniture brand!

Incredibly, all foams are made in Adelaide by the same supplier (Dunlop Foams) that supplied the original pieces!

Of course, each piece comes with our famous ten-year warranty -  just as all TH Brown products always have.

Yes. Every piece is designed and hand crafted and finished in Adelaide, South Australia. We work with skilled local craftman using ethically sourced timbers and premium materials.
What does made to order mean?

Our Stools, Dining chairs, and Trend Lounges are made to order are hand finished just for you with care and precision. Our coffee tables are produced in small batches to ensure consistent quality. All glass components are made locally in each state of Australia, supporting local makers and reducing transport impact.
How long will my order take?

Most orders take between 6–10 weeks from confirmation to delivery. Lead times can vary slightly depending on the piece and finish you choose. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
What if something goes wrong with my order?

We stand by our craftsmanship. If something isn’t right, get in touch straight away—we’ll make it right.
Are TH Brown designs originals or replicas?

They’re reissues. These are authentic TH Brown designs from our archive, re-released and crafted to the same standard TH Brown is known for
